UTILITY SERVICES DIVISION/ CUSTOMER SERVICE
Day-to-day operations of the County’s Customer Service, Sewer Maintenance & Water Distribution Divisions, which include:
- Receives, prepares, and processes utility service bills
- The reading, installing, and maintenance of meters
- Customer care (Incoming & ongoing calls & In-person)
- New water application service request
- Daily operations of the water and sanitary sewer repair and maintenance division and the department’s compliance/water distribution sustainability efforts
- Work site assessment and planning for work involving unusual or hazardous job sites
- Consulting with internal and external parties involved in projects
- Working with developers/contractors to bring work into compliance with standards
