Stop Water Services

To help ensure a timely and accurate resolution of your request, please supply complete and accurate information. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in your request being delayed or rejected.

Information Needed to Stop Service:

1. Name on Account
2. Property Address
3. Last 4 of SSN
4. Forwarding Mailing Address
5. Stop Service Request Date – RWR requires at least two (2) business days prior to stop service

To stop service, please contact Rockdale Water Resources at least two (2) business days prior to your stop service date request. A forwarding address is required at time of request. Please note that all stop service requests are to be scheduled Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm when a representative of the water department is available. We do not perform stop water requests on the weekend.

All appliances and faucets should be in the OFF position.
