The federally funded program, LIHWAP (Low Income Household Water Assistance Program) is available to all income-eligible households in Rockdale County. The program offers assistance for eligible households of $200 or $300 once per program year. To check eligibility and apply, please contact Partnership for Community Action (PCA) to schedule an appointment at 404-929-2500 and press option 3. As a reminder, customers should continue to pay their current water bills. Required documents include social security cards for all household members, valid ID, proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members that are 18 years or older and the current water bill.
