Tim Check is the Chief Operator for RWR’s Gees Mill Water Treatment Plant. Tim has been an employee of Rockdale County for 44 years. His career started with the City of Conyers, where he begun as an Operator for the City of Conyers Water Treatment Plant. After 18 years with the City of Conyers, in 1996 Tim transitioned with the water system to Rock-dale County Government. A native of Detroit, MI, Tim has noted hard work, commitment and a true love for his job and peers as his secret to his longevity with Rockdale Water Resources. Tim is a local treasure that possesses an exclusive ability to link Rockdale’s historical archives to impact our present and future success in water treatment.
